BlackWolf Labs, based in India, builds AI voice agents that answer a business’s phone at any hour, call its leads, qualify every one in the caller’s own language and write every call into a dashboard.
Why this exists.
A business that pays for leads is racing the clock. Someone who filled in a form ten minutes ago still remembers why. By the next morning they have heard from three of your competitors, and the lead you paid for has gone cold.
Calling fast is only half of it. Callers ring at 11 at night, switch languages mid-sentence, and ask questions only your own documents can answer. A team cannot cover every hour and every language, and a recorded menu cannot answer a question.
So we built an agent that can. It picks up when your number rings, at any hour. It calls a new lead as soon as a line is free inside your calling hours, speaks the caller’s own language, answers from your documents, and writes every call into a dashboard your team already understands.
We started with property developers in Gujarat and Dubai, where a missed call is a missed sale, and they are still our clients. Today we build agents for every business that runs on the phone: support lines, insurers, clinics, schools, car dealers, lenders, recruiters, manufacturers and online stores. Each new one is set up with its own questions and tested on its own calls before it goes live.
How we work
Four things we will not compromise on.
Every agent is built for one business.
We write each agent from your brief and your documents, with the rules it must never break, and we test it on real calls before it speaks to a caller. There is no template agent with your name pasted in.
The agent says what it does not know.
It answers only from the documents you give us. A question those documents do not answer gets an honest “let me have the team call you back”, not a confident guess.
Calling hours and opt-outs hold on every call.
Calling hours and the suppression list are checked before every dial, and an opt-out in English, Hindi or Gujarati puts the caller’s number on that list the moment it is said. Nothing said on a call can override them. DLT registration, NCPR scrubbing and declaring AI calls stay with your business: the Compliance page sets out who does what.
