Facts

BlackWolf Labs, in plain facts.

What BlackWolf does, who it is for, how it is priced and what it does not do, on one page. Kept in step with the product.

What BlackWolf Labs is

BlackWolf Labs, based in India, builds AI voice agents that answer a business’s phone at any hour, call its leads, qualify every one in the caller’s own language and write every call into a dashboard.

A business starts through the enquiry form at blackwolflabs.in/contact; there is no self sign-up. BlackWolf builds the agent from the business’s brief and documents, and the business’s team then works in the dashboard at app.blackwolflabs.in, where every call, recording, transcript and lead the agent handles is kept.

Who it is for

  • India. Every business that runs on the phone, from support lines and insurers to clinics, schools, lenders and developers, with prices said in lakh and crore, in every language your callers speak.
  • The UAE. Businesses across the UAE, in English first, then Arabic, Hindi and your callers’ other languages, with prices in AED.
  • The UK, the US and beyond. Local businesses and support lines, in English and your callers’ other languages, with per-minute rates in your own currency.
  • Customer support. Service lines and complaints
  • Insurance renewals. Policyholders before renewal
  • Real estate. Builders, developers and brokers
  • Clinics. Clinics, dental and diagnostics
  • Education. Admissions enquiries
  • Car dealers. Sales enquiries and service bookings
  • Loan and insurance leads. Lead qualification
  • Recruitment. Candidate screening
  • Manufacturing. Dealer and distributor enquiries
  • Dubai real estate. Brokers and developers in the UAE

What the agent does

  • Speaks your caller’s language. English, Hindi, Arabic, Gujarati, Tamil, Spanish and many more: whichever your callers speak. When a caller switches mid-sentence, the agent switches with them.
  • Never asks twice. The agent keeps a running note of everything the caller has said. A budget mentioned in passing is a budget answered. On a follow-up call it starts from what the CRM already knows.
  • Answers from your documents. Nothing else. Prices, dates, timings and policies come from the documents you give us. If the answer is not in them, the agent says so and offers a callback. It does not guess.
  • Writes everything down. Name, budget, configuration, locality and timeline reach your dashboard while the call is still going. The summary, sentiment and full transcript are on the lead when it ends, and the recording follows once the carrier supplies it.
  • Lines up the visit. When a caller agrees to visit, the visit goes on your schedule with the day they named, ready for your team to confirm the time.
  • Follows up on its own. No answer? The agent tries again at a different time of day, and stops the moment someone says they are not interested.
  • Sends the brochure on WhatsApp. Where your WhatsApp Business account is connected, the brochure follows on WhatsApp after the call, once the caller confirms the number.

How it calls

  • Inbound. Answers your phone, day and night. Someone sees a hoarding or an ad and rings your number. The agent picks up, answers from your brochure and qualifies them, at 2 pm or 2 am.
  • Outbound. Calls every new lead. A new lead from your ads is called as soon as a line is free, inside your calling hours, and one that arrives at night is called when your hours open. A list you import is worked through from the next calling slot.
  • Follow-up. Picks up where your team left off. The agent calls leads your team has spoken to before, starts from what the CRM already knows, and finds out what has changed. It never dials a number on your suppression list or outside your calling hours.

Languages

The agent speaks Hindi, Gujarati and English. When a caller changes language mid-sentence, the agent changes with them.

What a call records

FieldExample
Budget₹85 lakh to ₹1.1 crore
Configuration3 BHK
LocalityBandra West, Mumbai
TimelineReady to move, or possession within 12 months
PurposeOwn use or investment
Site visitSaturday, 11:00

Each call also leaves a summary, the caller’s sentiment, the full transcript and the recording on the lead.

Integrations

  • Meta Lead Ads (new). Connect your Facebook Page from the dashboard. New leads from your lead forms arrive in the dashboard the moment they are submitted, ready for the agent to call. This integration is built, and its first live client connection is still to come.
  • CSV and Excel import. Upload a CSV or .xlsx file of up to 5,000 leads at a time. Columns are recognised by name, so most portal exports work as they are.
  • CRM push. Call outcomes can be written back to your CRM. Today this works for leads that came from DaeBuild, set up with us.
  • WhatsApp. The brochure and project details go out on WhatsApp after the call, through your approved WhatsApp Business template, once the caller confirms the number.
  • Indian telephony. Real Indian phone numbers for calls in and out, connected through an Indian carrier. Each call’s recording is copied from the carrier and kept with the lead.

Compliance the platform enforces

  • Checked before every dial. Every number is checked against the suppression list before it is dialled: opt-outs heard on calls, complaints, and any number you add. A listed number is never rung.
  • Only inside your calling hours. The agent dials only inside the calling window set for your workspace, in India time unless your workspace is set to another. TRAI’s default window for promotional calls is 10:00 to 21:00, so that is where yours should sit.
  • An opt-out is acted on the moment it is said. “Dobara call mat karna” (don’t call again), “ફોન ના કરતા” (don’t phone), “Remove my number”. When a caller says it in English, Hindi or Gujarati, their number goes on the suppression list straight away, automatically.
  • Stops at no. When a lead says they are not interested, the follow-up calls stop for that lead. Nobody has to remember to take them off a list.
  • The call itself answers a complaint. Transcripts and recordings are kept against each lead, so a complaint can be answered with the call itself.

Compliance that stays with the business

  • Registration as a principal entity (sender) on a DLT platform, with your telecom operator.
  • A registered telemarketer placing the calls, linked to you on DLT.
  • Declaring AI calls to your operator in advance. The 2026 amendment treats calls placed by software, including artificial voice, as A2P calls, and an undeclared A2P call counts as unsolicited commercial communication.
  • Calling from the number series TRAI designates: 140 for promotional calls; 1600 for service and transactional calls from banking, financial services, insurance and government; 1601 for other service and transactional calls, such as utilities, logistics and courier.
  • Scrubbing your calling list against the national NCPR register, through your DLT access.
  • A basis for every call: a preference that allows it, or consent. Under the 2026 amendment an enquiry supports inferred consent for seven days, and an application for three months.

On 18 September 2026 TRAI notified the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026. Calls placed by software, including artificial voice, are now “A2P calls”, and the business placing them must declare them and the numbers they come from to its operator in advance. An enquiry made in writing or online supports calls for seven days. The rules come into force in stages after they are published in the Gazette. Read the regulation (TRAI, PDF, 16 MB).

Security

  • Each client’s data is kept apart. Every lead, call, recording and document belongs to one workspace, and every query is scoped to it. Isolation between two workspaces is tested on every change.
  • Recordings are private. Call recordings are copied off the carrier into private storage, filed by workspace, and played back through links that expire. There is no public URL to guess.
  • Credentials are encrypted at rest. API keys a client gives us are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key held only in the server environment.
  • Sign-in you already trust. People sign in with Google or with email, and each person sees only their own company’s workspace.
  • Encrypted in transit. The dashboard and its API are served only over HTTPS, with strict transport security and headers that stop the dashboard being framed by another site.

What BlackWolf Labs does not do

  • It does not scrub numbers against the national NCPR (DND) register. That check needs the business’s own DLT access, and stays with the business.
  • It does not register a business on DLT or declare its AI calls to its telecom operator. The business does that with its operator.
  • It does not answer from outside the documents a business provides. A question they do not cover gets an offer of a callback, not a guess.
  • It does not send WhatsApp brochures to numbers outside India, including Gulf numbers. Brochures are a per-account feature and go only to Indian mobile numbers.

Comparisons

  • AI voice agent vs call centre: Choose a call centre when calls need judgement, empathy or negotiation, or when you want calls, chat and email from one vendor. Choose an AI voice agent when the job is reaching every new lead within minutes, in the caller's own language, and asking the same qualifying questions every time. You can also use both: the agent qualifies and lines up site visits, people handle the rest.
  • AI voice agent vs IVR: An IVR is cheaper, predictable and the right tool for routing calls and simple, repeatable transactions. An AI voice agent is the better choice when a call has to qualify a buyer in conversation: budget, configuration, locality, timeline and a site visit. Often the right answer is both: keep the menu for existing customers and put the agent on the sales line.
  • AI voice agent vs in-house telecallers: Telecallers are better at building relationships, negotiating and closing, and they know your projects and your city. An AI voice agent is better at calling every new lead within minutes, asking the same questions every time and writing every call down. The strongest setup gives the agent first calls and qualification, and gives telecallers the buyers worth their time.
  • AI voice agent vs WhatsApp chatbot: A WhatsApp chatbot suits buyers who prefer to read and reply in their own time, and it is the better way to share floor plans, photos and location pins. An AI voice agent is better when you need answers now: one call can establish budget, timeline and a site visit. They work well together: where your WhatsApp Business account is connected, BlackWolf's agent sends the brochure on WhatsApp after the call, once the caller confirms the number.

Glossary

  • AI voice agent: An AI voice agent is software that holds a phone conversation on its own: it listens to the caller, decides what to say and replies in a synthesised voice.
  • Channel partner: A channel partner is an independent broker or agency that sells a developer’s real estate project to buyers in return for a commission on each booking.
  • Cost per qualified lead: Cost per qualified lead (CPQL) is the total spent to generate and screen leads in a period, divided by the number of leads that met the qualification bar.
  • DID number: A DID (direct inward dialling) number is a phone number that sends incoming calls straight to a chosen extension or application, usually over a SIP trunk.
  • DLT registration: DLT registration is the TRAI-mandated registration of businesses, SMS headers, templates and telemarketers on telecom operators’ distributed ledger platforms.
  • DND: DND (Do Not Disturb) is the facility under TRAI rules that lets an Indian phone subscriber block promotional calls and SMS, in full or by category.
  • DPDP Act 2023: The DPDP Act 2023 is India’s law on digital personal data: it sets how businesses may collect, use and protect it, and the rights of the people it describes.
  • IVR: IVR (interactive voice response) is a phone system that plays recorded messages and routes or serves callers based on keypad presses or short spoken replies.
  • Lead qualification: Lead qualification is checking whether an enquiry is a real, reachable buyer with the budget, need and timing to buy, before sales time is spent on it.
  • NCPR: The NCPR (National Customer Preference Register) is India’s record of subscribers’ choices about receiving commercial calls and SMS, often called the DND list.
  • RERA: RERA is the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, which requires real estate projects and agents in India to register with a state regulator.
  • SIP trunking: SIP trunking connects a business phone system or voice software to the public telephone network over an IP link, using the SIP protocol instead of phone lines.
  • Site visit: A site visit is a prospective buyer’s scheduled visit to a real estate project or sample flat, usually the step between a qualified enquiry and a booking.

  • Virtual number: A virtual number is a phone number not tied to a SIM card or physical line; calls to it are handled in the cloud and forwarded to phones, teams or software.
  • Voice latency: Voice latency is the delay between a caller finishing speaking and hearing the reply; for AI voice agents it decides whether a call feels like a conversation.
