Enquiries to test drives. Service dues to workshop slots.
Calls each enquiry inside your calling hours and books the test drive, works through your service due-list, and answers the showroom line after closing, in the buyer’s language.

What callers ask
The questions it hears every day.
“ऑन-रोड प्राइस कितना पड़ेगा?”
What will the on-road price be?
Quotes only from the price list you give it for the month. Without one, it books a call from your sales advisor for an exact quote.
“જૂની ગાડી એક્સચેન્જમાં લેશો?”
Will you take my old car in exchange?
Says what your documents say, such as exchange valued at the showroom, and notes the car. It never quotes an exchange value.
“Service mein kitna time lagega?”
How long will the service take?
Gives the time from your service documents, or books a callback from the service advisor.
“What discount can you give me?”
Notes the question and books a call with your sales advisor. It never offers a discount of its own.
What it writes
The lead card, from their own words.
Only what the caller said or agreed to. Anything they didn’t say stays empty, so your team knows what is still to ask.
- Looking for
- Hatchback, sedan or SUV, and the exact car if they named one.
- Fuel
- Petrol, diesel, CNG or electric.
- Budget
- As the buyer said it, so your sales advisor opens with the right variant.
- Exchange
- Whether they have a car to trade in, and which, for valuation at the showroom.
- Test drive
- The day, at the showroom or at home, for your team to confirm.
- Service slot and pick-up
- On service calls: the day the owner chose, and whether they need pick-up and drop.
- Language
- So your advisor calls back in the buyer’s language.
Yours gets its own questions and its own card, set up with you and tested on calls before it answers a single caller.
Your numbers
Every call, counted.
Every figure comes from your own calls, in your dashboard from the first call.
Time to first call

Enquiry to test drive
Test drives lined up, out of enquiries the agent spoke to.
Due-list to workshop slot
Service slots booked, out of owners reached on your due-list.
Calls answered after closing
Inbound calls the agent took after the showroom shut, from the time on each call.
Rules
The rules your calls follow.
Service reminders are service calls
Under TRAI’s 2026 amendment, a call about a vehicle the customer bought, including its warranty or service, is a service call. A sales offer is promotional: it goes from a 140 number, with the list scrubbed against DND category 5 through your DLT access. Keep offers out of service calls.
TRAI: TCCCPR (Third Amendment) Regulations, 18 Sep 2026Promotional calls: 10:00 to 21:00
TRAI’s default window for promotional calls is 10:00 to 21:00 IST. The agent dials only inside the window you set for your workspace.
TCCCPR 2018, Schedule II (text on Indian Kanoon)US dealers: consent for AI-voice calls
The FCC ruled in 2024 that AI-generated voices are “artificial” under the TCPA, so calls with them need the customer’s prior consent, and written consent for marketing. The agent calls only the leads you give it; the consent records are yours.
FCC: AI-generated voices in robocalls, 8 Feb 2024EU dealers: say it is an AI
From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act requires that people in the EU are told at the start when they are talking to an AI. Your agent’s opening line, written with you, can say so.

Before you start
Questions, answered.
Can it quote on-road prices and discounts?
Only from the price list and schemes you give it for the month. It offers no discount of its own: it books a call from your sales advisor for an exact quote.
Can it work our service due-list?
Yes. Upload the list as CSV or Excel and it calls each owner inside your calling hours, books the day and asks about pick-up, for your service desk to confirm. No answer? It tries again at a different time of day.
Will buyers know they are talking to an AI?
If your agent tells them, and we recommend it does. Its opening line is written with you before it goes live, and it can say it is your showroom’s AI assistant and that the call is recorded. In the EU, saying so at the start is required from 2 August 2026.
Can we listen to every call?
You can read every one: the full transcript and a summary are on the lead when the call ends. The recording follows once the carrier has supplied it, kept in private storage and played through links that expire.
Where is our customers’ data stored?
The dashboard, its API and the database run in Singapore, and live calls are handled on a server in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Every company that processes data for us is listed on our Security page. Each client’s leads, calls and recordings are kept in its own workspace.
Which languages does it speak?
Whichever your callers speak: English, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Arabic and many more. It switches when the caller does, even mid-sentence, and each language is tried on your own questions before a caller hears it.
Have you built dealer agents before?
BlackWolf’s agents take live calls for real-estate businesses today, and an enquiry that ends in a test drive runs on the same pattern as one that ends in a site visit. Your agent is built from your price lists and your questions, then tested on calls with you before it goes live. The showroom demo on this page shows how it sounds.
Try it on your own leads.
We build your agent from your brochure and your questions, test it on calls with you, then connect your number.
