By the country you call and how many calls you make a day. In India, on Indian phone lines: ₹3.80 a minute under 1,000 calls a day, ₹3.50 from 1,000 to 10,000 and ₹3.20 from 10,000 to 50,000. Above 50,000 calls a day, the rate is agreed with you.

Pick the country on the card and the rates show in its own currency. In the United States, on US phone lines: $0.10 a minute under 1,000 calls a day, $0.07 from 1,000 to 10,000 and $0.05 from 10,000 to 50,000. In the United Kingdom: £0.09 a minute under 1,000 calls a day, £0.07 from 1,000 to 10,000 and £0.06 from 10,000 to 50,000. In the UAE, from AED 0.96 a minute. Everywhere else the rate follows what calls cost on that country's phone lines; where that differs too much from one mobile network to the next, the rate comes after a short enquiry. Each rate is for calls to numbers in that country: a call from India to a number in the UAE is priced at the UAE's rate.

Every second of a call that connects, at your rate per minute, with nothing rounded up: a 70-second call bills as 1 minute 10 seconds. A call that reaches voicemail has connected, so it is billed. A call that never connects, such as a busy line or a ring with no answer, bills nothing.
