How it works
From your brief to live calls.
We build the agent around how you sell. You test it in your own language before any caller hears it.
The steps
The brief.
Your company, what you sell, the name the agent introduces itself by, the questions your best salesperson asks in order, and who takes over when a caller is ready.
What it must never say.
Unpublished prices, registration and licence details, offers that have ended: we ask about these even if you do not raise them. These become rules the agent is tested against before it speaks to anyone.
Your documents become its knowledge.
Brochures, price lists, timetables and FAQs, rewritten as answers to the questions callers ask on the phone. The agent answers from them, and only from them.
Your number, connected.
A real Indian number on an Indian carrier, for calls in, calls out or both. Your DLT registration and number series are set up with your operator; we show you what each one needs.
Test calls, in your language.
You and your team call it, try to trip it up, and listen to the recordings. We change what you want changed and test again.
Live.
Leads start flowing in from your sources, the agent calls within your calling hours, and your team works from the dashboard. We review real calls with you in the first weeks.
What we need from you
Six things.
Most of them you already have.
- Company details and the name the agent uses.
- Brochures, price lists and FAQs, as they are.
- The questions you qualify on, in order, and who takes over when a caller is ready.
- Anything the agent must never say.
- Where your leads come from today.
- Your DLT registration, or a start on it.
Questions, answered.
Do we need to change our CRM?
No. The dashboard is a CRM in its own right, so your team can work from it alone. For leads that came from DaeBuild, call outcomes can also be written back to DaeBuild once we set it up. No other CRM is connected today.
Who writes what the agent says?
We do, from your brief and your documents, and you approve it. You hear it on test calls before any caller does.
What do we need to have in place for calling?
Six things, and they stay with your business: registration as a principal entity (sender) on a DLT platform, with your telecom operator; a registered telemarketer placing the calls, linked to you on DLT; declaring AI calls to your operator in advance, since TRAI’s 2026 amendment treats calls placed by software as A2P calls; calling from the number series TRAI designates, such as 140 for promotional calls; scrubbing your calling list against the national NCPR register, through your DLT access; and a basis for every call, either a preference that allows it or consent. We show you what each one needs before you go live, and our Compliance page sets them out in full.
