Payments on this website
This website takes no payments. Clients are billed under their written agreement with BlackWolf Labs, and that agreement sets out what is charged, when, and on what terms.
How billing works
- Billed by the second, never rounded up. A 70-second call bills as 1 minute 10 seconds.
- Calls that never connect, such as a busy line or a ring with no answer, bill nothing.
- No per-seat licences: your whole team uses the dashboard.
- One rate per minute, set for your account, in your own currency.
- A lower rate per minute as your calls a day grow.
- A one-time setup fee covers building your agent, connecting your number and the test calls before you go live.
Checking a charge
The Calls tab in your dashboard lists your most recent connected calls, whether or not they produced a lead. For each call it shows how long the call lasted and when it was made, and once your rate is set, what it cost.
Every connected call is billed by the second, never rounded up: a 40-second call costs two-thirds of your rate per minute. A call that connects is billed even when it reaches voicemail; a call that never connects bills nothing. To check a call against your invoice, divide its length in seconds by 60 and multiply by your rate.
Selecting a call that has a lead opens that lead, with its latest transcript and, when the carrier has supplied one, the recording of its latest call. Earlier calls to the same lead have no recording there. The Calls tab holds only your most recent calls, so older calls from a billing period may not be listed. If a call you are asking about is not there, or cannot be played, say so when you raise the question.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds, and the terms on which the service can be cancelled, are set by your written agreement with BlackWolf Labs. Nothing on this page changes them. If you think you are owed a refund, raise it as a billing question.
Raising a billing question
Send billing questions through the enquiry form. The form is built for new business, so answer its questions as best you can, then use the last one, “Anything else we should know?”, to say that it is a billing question. Give the invoice number and, for each call you are asking about, the phone number and when the call was made. The form takes text only, so there is no need to attach the invoice.
