What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of blackwolflabs.in, run by BlackWolf Labs (“BlackWolf”, “we”). They do not govern our service. A business that uses our voice agents and dashboard does so under a written agreement with us, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Using the website
Reading this site, linking to it and quoting it with a link back are all welcome. Please do not:
- interfere with the site or the enquiry form, or send enquiries in bulk or by script;
- test the site’s security without our written permission;
- send an enquiry in someone else’s name or with someone else’s details;
- use our name or wordmark in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
The information here
We aim to keep what this site says in step with the product, and we correct what we find wrong. The facts page shows the date it was last checked against the product. What your business gets, and on what terms, is what your agreement with us says.
Some articles and pages here explain how the law applies to calling in general, including the calling rules of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act). They are not legal advice for your business. Get legal advice about your own calling before you rely on them.
