Loan and insurance leads

Loan and insurance leads, checked first. Your advisors call the eligible ones.

Calls each loan or insurance enquiry inside your calling hours, asks your eligibility questions and books the advisor call. Your advisors give the advice and the decision.

What callers ask

The questions it hears every day.

“ब्याज दर कितनी है?”

What is the interest rate?

Quotes only what your documents allow, such as a published starting rate. The applicant’s own rate comes from your advisor, on the call it books.

“Loan approve ho jayega na?”

The loan will be approved, right?

Never promises approval, a rate or an amount. It says the advisor will check eligibility, and books that call.

“કયા ડોક્યુમેન્ટ જોઈશે?”

Which documents will I need?

Lists the documents from your checklist, and says your advisor will collect them through your own channel.

“Will this policy cover my diabetes?”

Notes the question for a licensed advisor and books the call. It gives no advice on cover.

What it writes

The lead card, from their own words.

Only what the caller said or agreed to. Anything they didn’t say stays empty, so your team knows what is still to ask.

Product
Home loan, personal loan or loan against property; health, term or motor cover.
Amount or cover
How much they want to borrow or insure, as they said it.
Employment
Salaried or self-employed, which changes the documents and the eligibility check.
Monthly income
A rough band, as the applicant stated it. Your advisor checks the rest.
City
Where they live, for your branch or service area.
Advisor call
A time the applicant asked for or agreed to.
Do not call
Set when they ask not to be called again: the number goes on your suppression list at once.

Yours gets its own questions and its own card, set up with you and tested on calls before it answers a single caller.

Your numbers

Every call, counted.

Every figure comes from your own calls, in your dashboard from the first call.

Time to first call

From the call records: when each enquiry reached your dashboard, and when the agent first rang it, inside the seven days an enquiry allows.

Enquiries meeting your criteria

Leads whose answers met your basic eligibility rules, out of leads the agent spoke to.

Advisor calls booked

Calls that ended with a time agreed for your advisor, out of eligible leads.

Opt-outs

Numbers added to your suppression list during calls, from the call records.

Rules

The rules your calls follow.

1600 numbers for service, 140 for offers

Under TRAI’s 2026 rules, service and transactional calls by banks, lenders and insurers come from 1600 numbers, and promotional calls from 140. AI calls are A2P calls you declare to your operator, and an application supports calls for three months. Calling from your own 1600 and 140 numbers is set up on request.

Tell insurance callers the call is recorded

IRDAI’s distance-marketing guidelines ask insurers and their telemarketers to say the call is recorded and to keep call records. Your agent’s opening line, written with you, should say so. The transcript of every call is kept against its lead, with the recording once the carrier has supplied it.

Only what the advisor needs

Under the DPDP Act, details an applicant gives with an enquiry can be used for that enquiry. Set the agent’s questions to what your advisor needs, such as product, amount, city, employment and income band, and leave out PAN, Aadhaar, account numbers and OTPs.

Customers should know when AI is involved

An RBI committee’s FREE-AI report of August 2025 recommends that customers know when AI is involved, with a way to raise a grievance. It is a recommendation, not yet a binding direction. Your agent’s opening line can say it is your AI assistant.

Before you start

Questions, answered.

Will it tell an applicant they are approved?

No. It checks basic eligibility and books the advisor call. Approval, rates and amounts stay with your team.

Does it ask for PAN, Aadhaar or OTPs?

No. It asks only the questions agreed with you, and we do not set it to ask for a PAN, Aadhaar, account number or OTP. Your advisor collects documents through your own secure channel.

Do you make collections calls?

No. This agent qualifies new enquiries and applications. Collections needs payment links and a connection to your loan system, and neither is built.

Will applicants know they are talking to an AI?

If your agent tells them, and we recommend it does: an RBI committee has recommended that customers know when AI is involved. Its opening line is written with you before it goes live, and it can say it is your AI assistant and that the call is recorded.

Where is applicant data stored?

The dashboard, its API and the database run in Singapore, and live calls are handled on a server in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Every company that processes data for us is listed on our Security page. Each client’s leads, calls and recordings are kept in its own workspace.

Which languages does it speak?

Whichever your callers speak: English, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Arabic and many more. It switches when the caller does, even mid-sentence, and each language is tried on your own questions before a caller hears it.

Have you built agents for lenders or insurers before?

BlackWolf’s agents take live calls for real-estate businesses today. A lender’s agent is built the same way: from your documents and your eligibility questions, then tested on calls with you before it goes live. The loans demo on this page shows how it sounds.

Try it on your own leads.

We build your agent from your brochure and your questions, test it on calls with you, then connect your number.
